Investors who wish to purchase a property and rent to a third party tenant.

  • Bridge Loans for Re-finance and Standard Purchases

  • Foreclosure/Public Trustee Purchase Re-finance

We can re-finance investors who purchase properties at public trustee auctions as soon as they receive a Certificate of Purchase.

Who We Are

Although COST Fund is relatively new to the private lending space, the principals of COST Fund are certainly not new to Colorado, nor are they new to finance and real estate endeavors.
